Our March meeting is coming up on March 9, 2020 at 1900 hours at 1816 South Glenstone Avenue. Our E-Board meets at 1830 hours but is open to all members that would like to attend. Prehistoric Brewing Company has now been completely updated and is ready to open as soon as the city finishes their inspections. By the middle of March they will begin the brewing process that should have the first batches by the end of the month. They should be open for business by shortly after and our April meeting they should be completely open for business. It would be great if we had all members present for our March meeting since we have some important things to discuss.
Here are a few items: Authorizing Post 125’s Sons of the Legion (SAL) to re-organize, elect officers, decide fees, transfer or sign up new members and set their meeting dates and times; authorizing Post 125’s American Legion Riders (ALR) to re-organize, elect officers, decide fees, transfer or sign up new members and set their meeting dates and times.
We also have shirts to pick up (for those that selected them) and pay Tiny for them. A big thank you to Mike Cook. He is preparing a booth at his store that will allow us to take various items as donations and sell them through the store. He is preparing a list of items that will be easy to sell. We can discuss the details at the meeting.
Speaking of donations we will now be able to accept donations on our website. The donation button will go to Pay Pal and allow them to donate via the credit card of their choosing. When we have donation amounts, they can be transferred to our account by Ron.
