Our July meeting was held on Monday July 13, 2020 at Prehistoric Brewing Company at 7:00 pm. We had 9 Members and one guest present. We also had a new member that turned in his application and dues to be added at our next meeting. Welcome aboard Joe. We had our election of Post Officers and the existing officers (see the list of officers in the Information area) were all re-elected for next year.
Our Consolidated Post Report (CPR) has been sent to Department. That report reflects our post’s efforts over the past 12 months. We closed out this year’s membership with 123.81% of goal. We are now starting 2021. We now have 33 members paid for 2020 and we hope to add at least 10 more by the end of the year.
Mike Cook will be updating our Facebook page to allow us to set up groups so we can alert everyone when the need might arise. The Newsletter for the second quarter has been mailed out to all members, see newsletters in the information page.
We discussed “Grandma Mary’s Cookies” as a potential project (more to come on that later). Russ is trying to establish the ALR for Post 125 (if interested you may email him at sgtatarms@post125.org).
We have a lot of projects that have been delayed by the restrictions of COVID-19. Hopefully that will change in the coming months.
